Role
GuestInteraction: Greet and assist guests with check-ins,
inquiries, and special requests, ensuring a personalized
experience.
Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or
issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and escalating
when necessary.
Coordination with Hotel Departments: Collaborate with other
departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage)to ensure
smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Guest Feedback and Satisfaction Monitoring: Collect and
analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and
enhance the guest experience.
Administrative Support: Maintain guest records, assist with
loyalty programs, and prepare reports on guest satisfaction and
trends.

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
