Role

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital sales strategies to attract leads and increase revenue.

Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads). Analyze digital sales performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and online sales.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience across all platforms.

Follow up with leads and prospects via email, messaging apps, or calls to convert them into customers. Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and improve the sales pipeline.

Stay up to date with digital sales trends and emerging tools to enhance performance.

Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service before and after the sale
