Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a centralized pricing database (ONE MERCK), ensuring up-to-date information by distribution channel.
- Ensure full alignment and consistency between the pricing database and SAP.
- Manage and monitor price approval workflows across both private and tender channels.
- Oversee the management and continuous maintenance of the bidding tool.
- Prepare and coordinate customer communications related to price updates, approvals, and tender pricing, including full tender documentation.
- Coordinate the collection and validation of required documentation for tender participation (GMP certificates, product registrations, participation authorizations, etc.).
- Propose suggested order quantities based on recent distributor data and market insights.
- Conduct Sell In, Sell Out, and inventory analyses to identify potential opportunities and risks.
